Heritage Days - June 18 and 19, 2021

Picture
In 2021, the annual Heritage Hill event changes to the third weekend in June along with the local Fiesta Days. The event will now be known as Heritage Days. The new Heritage Days promise to be a fun-filled weekend for the entire family. The activities provide entertainment for people of all ages and interests, including: a one-room school house, a restored prairie farm house, a 500 horse-power Fairbanks-Morse engine, a chapel, a blacksmith shop, seed cleaning and processing facility, tractor displays, gas engine displays, daily tractor parade, great food in the Threshers’ Kitchen, and much more. You will see and experience things that are almost forgotten in today’s technologically advanced world. Previously the event was held the third weekend in August as an annual Threshing Show.

The tractor feature for the 2021 event is a Farmall M owned by Sam Ashling (pictured). We are hosting the Minnesota Chapter 15 International Harvester Collectors. Join us for a fun time June 18 & 19 at the show site west of Montevideo, Minnesota. There will be a tractor drive Thursday, June 17 also and everyone is invited to join us for that fun ride.

Minnesota Valley Antique Farm Power and Machinery Association is a non-profit 501 (C) (3) corporation which organized in 1981.
